DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 — available to customers within the United States. Orders must meet the qualifying amount after discounts and promo codes are applied. Lithologie Co. primarily ships via USPS for both standard and expedited shipping options. 

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for carrier updates and reach out to us at customercare@lithologieco.com for assistance.

How long does standard shipping take?

Standard Shipping utilizes USPS First Class Mail and delivery times vary by location. Generally, delivery takes approximately 3–8 business days depending on your address — shorter times are typical for nearby destinations while farther locations may take slightly longer. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — Express Shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times typically range from 1–4 business days depending on your location. Please select this option at checkout if you need your items sooner.

  • Standard Shipping (First Class Mail): approx. 3–8 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Priority Mail): approx. 1–4 business days.

How long before my order ships?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. During high volume periods (like holidays or major promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. 

Where is my order?
