RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please visit our Return Center and enter your order number and email address. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimates (Bras, Bralettes, Bramis)
- Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Bags, Face Coverings)
- Sale Items (All sale merchandise is final sale)
- Gift Cards
These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. To request an exchange, visit the Return Center and indicate which size or color you’d like instead. Please include this information on your packing slip along with the item you are returning. Exchanges are limited to one per item and processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your return.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a store credit via email in the form of an e-gift card. The credit amount reflects the price paid for the item (after any discounts and taxes). Please note that original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping fees may be deducted from your store credit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact customer care immediately at customercare@lithologieco.com so we can promptly address the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure the package is safely delivered. Lithologie Co. is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund to Store Credit Timeline
Once your return is received and processed, your store credit e-gift card will be emailed to you. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for processing after we receive your returned item.
